Below is information of what affordable housing is and how to determine if you qualify.
Income Requirements
Household income is based on GROSS annual income before deductions earned from all sources. Proof of income in the form of pay stubs, tax returns, or bank statements is required. Our communities have a minimum income requirement of at least two and a half (2.5) times the monthly rent.
